These terms are in draft. The website operator and approval date will be added before publication.

Information and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and current. Plans may change as resources, approvals and operating arrangements develop.

The website’s current status explains whether donations or programme enquiries are open.

Information is general and does not replace advice suited to your circumstances.

Support enquiries

Contacting us or subscribing to updates does not guarantee eligibility, accommodation, financial assistance or a particular response time.

We are not an emergency service. Use the established-service information on Get Support where appropriate.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false information, abuse people, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

Submit another person’s information only where you have an appropriate basis or authority.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
