Feedback and complaints
We want people to be able to raise concerns respectfully and safely.
You will be able to make a complaint anonymously or use a different name, although this can limit our ability to follow up.
Tell us the issue and the outcome you are seeking, without sharing unnecessary sensitive details.
Complaints must not affect a person’s fair consideration for assistance.
A separate confidential complaints contact, independent of the ordinary contact team, will be shown here once it is in place.
